Budget Management – CHB

It was a pleasure to deliver the Budget Management event to staff from Community Health Buckinghamshire today. There’s a huge amount of unsettling organisational change underway in the NHS and the relentless positivity of the staff was a real inspiration. Comments included

A good mix between presentation and participation. Just a very enjoyable day. Finance can be fun … well – maybe!
