The NHS Budget Holder’s Survival Guide – Hull

The NHS Budget Holder's Survival Guide

My aim with The NHS Budget Holder’s Survival Guide is to run the equivalent of an Expert Patient Programme – the Expert Budget Holder Programme. In order to give my work meaning I need to make the largest difference possible to patient care through the development events I run. After every event delegates have an Action Plan to implement changes in the way they work and improve their relationship with finance.
