The NHS Budget Holder's Survival Guide

This is particularly true when delegates think of the cultural change needed in their organisation as well as their own learning. There was much thought in 5 Boroughs Partnership on the best way to cascade the knowledge, understanding and skills from today’s The NHS Budget Holder’s Survival Guide throughout the organisation.
