It’s always a pleasure to run The NHS Budget Holder’s Survival Guide. It’s a privilege to hear managers and clinicians in the NHS talk about their relationship with NHS finance and think of ways to improve it. Today in Wakefield was a chance for managers and clinicians to create an action plan of their plans for improving their relationship with finance.
