This one-day workshop covers all the essential ingredients to develop successful Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The purpose, format and content of SLAs are all covered in detail, together with the developing impact of Payment By Results (PbR) on the technical aspects of data collection, information reporting, dispute resolution and monitoring arrangements. The workshop covers the behaviours required to negotiate and agree successful SLAs with a full range of partners.
Objectives
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

- Identify risks associated with contracts / SLAs and strategies to manage them.
