The King’s Fund – Aspiring Nurse Directors

I’ve just delivered another one day programme for The King’s Fund on their Aspiring Nurse Director programme. The day took a ‘Google-Earth’ overview of the whole of Government finances, international comparisons and NHS organisation structure and funding streams. In addition, we covered how to interpret a full set of final accounts and the questions to ask to hold your Director of Finance to account. It was a pleasure to meet such a positive group and many thanks to them for such a warm welcome.

I look forward to watching their progress into further leadership positions.
