There’s something about an organisation in transition that makes spending time with staff more vibrant – the unsettling nature of organisational change and the need to ensure services are maintained make everyone’s minds more focussed. It was a pleasure to spend two days with staff from Community Health Buckinghamshire going through topics such as costing in community services, saving money and economic decision-making. Thanks to all for such a warm welcome.
