I’ve had a long association with the NHS Graduate Schemes. I greatly enjoyed participating in Assessment Centres to recruit new Graduate Scheme Trainees and had fun managing Finance Management Training Scheme Trainees.

It was a real pleasure therefore to be invited to run a day on finance for a mixture of scheme members from different years.
