“Best workshop I have attended. Fantastic delivery style!”
The quality of business cases made in the NHS is very patchy. I’ve seen some wonderful examples but all too often the plans and cases I see have a total lack of thorough analysis. Making the Business Case is a 1-day event which takes clinicians, managers and accountants through a logical process to create the most effective case possible. It was a pleasure to be back at the Cedar Court Hotel in Wakefield to be running the event again with an enthusiastic group.
