“Enlightened!”
Today’s event was The NHS Budget Holder’s Survival Guide at Chilford Hall in Linton, Cambridge. An invitation-only event for East of England Emerging Leaders network members, a lively group had a stimulating day going through interpretation of budget reports and the rights and responsibilities of budget managers with plenty of exercises throughout the workshop.
