“A must for all budget holders.”
Today was a chance to run a workshop at Ipswich Town Football Club. It’s an organisation which is proud of its traditions and still celebrates its champions. Today’s The NHS Budget Holder’s Survival Guide was a chance for managers and clinicians to share their experiences of budgeting and finance within the NHS and to action plan their future plans for improving their relationship with finance.
