Costing Your Service

Many thanks to everyone who attended my Costing Your Service Workshop in Luton today. It was a pleasure to have the company of such a vibrant mix of clinicians, managers and accountants to look at all aspects of costing services in the NHS. It was particularly interesting to see the parallel needs of both commissioners and providers for high quality costing information.
