As a qualified accountant with a marketing qualification with nearly three decades experience in the NHS I’m fascinated to see how marketing techniques are only just beginning to make an impact on patient care in the NHS. I’ll be exploring many of the essential techniques NHS managers and clinicians need to market both themselves and their services in a new open access workshop in central London in March 2016. I’ve designed this masterclass for NHS service managers and leaders at all levels who need to make sure their services are responsive to their service users.
